Ride It Night

Classic Motor Hub, Bibury airfield. July 14th. £10 for bikes if you register. Plus collection of mouthwatering cars and that 750 Imola......

You have to pay £10 to enter/display your bike? I will keep my £10 and they can keep their parking spot.

Other opinions may be available but this one is always correct.

At around a 200 mile round trip and diesel at God knows what a gallon I think I will have to give this one a miss.

I'm with Mr. Mad on the idea of paying £10.00 to show my machine so, no I won't be going. May well go to the Ducklington Steam & Vintage show just a little way down the A40 on the 16/17 July

I suppose £10 entry is one way of keeping the undesirable riff-raff out.......Bibury is one of the most upmarket picturesque villages in the Cotswolds and they certainly won't want the type of chaps with dirty smelly leaky old motorbikes wearing greasy oiled stained clothes who expect to be able to have a pint, 10 Woodbines, a fish supper and knee-trembler round the back of the bus stop and still have change from 10 bob. It could lower the tone and frighten the memsahib!

Some folks are queer ,they will pay to go to a 'JUMBLE' look at bikes and rusty parts and not buy anything and complain about having to do the same thing at another venue

The same thought has made I larff over many years.

(Or the first time they use the bargain priced brake cable the nipple pulls off).

http://classicmotorhub.com/ are a high end classic car dealer/storage facility. The people they want to attract are the well healed investor fraternity
