Festival of 1000 bikes

Wow that sure was one hot weekend to thrash a bike around Mallory race circuit. It was very well attended and all track sessions fully booked. I rode my newly purchased Honda CBR400RR in the Saturday road session and what a good buy. Engine fantastic and had three superb rides. Sunday was the turn of my race bike also a Honda CBR400RR and after its hic up at Cadell last time out running on three cylinders after fresh plugs fitted it is back to being a very fast fun bike to tide. Only downside to my weekend the air con has packed up in my new van so spent a total of six hours driving in very hot uncomortable conditions, but after the fatastic weekend it was worth in. Two weeks time then off to Donnington. Cant wait.

For everybody who might be interested, perhaps that should read "if anybody is interested" LOL, here is our very own star of the track dear old Jerry on his 400cc Baby Fireblade, at 1000 Bikes, which he recently bought. Actually it does look rather good in the flesh and makes him look positively young....

Other opinions may be available but this one is always correct.

When i rode one of those 400 Hondas, it felt very small but also very fast
