Festival of 1000 Bikes Again..

Well as you may be aware it was the Festival of 1000 bikes at Mallory Park last weekend. Two days of bikes with many on track. For other domestic reasons I was only able to go on Saturday. This day has a mix of road and race bikes, whereas Sunday is mostly race bikes.

As usual I took my trusty Brownie box camera and it did some clickety clicking, and here are some pictures which I hope you will enjoy...

I take it the Laverda had been modified = from my recollection there's no way a stock Formula 500 would pass Mallory's noise test!

Was that Florian Camathias's Rensport outfit? If so far cleaner than when he raced it..always looked a bit tatty but didn't half go

Noise free weekend Will, so no noise testing. Their were some very noisy bikes there. Caparosi's works Ducati and a Honda six being the loudest.

152 is a Moto Morini (I think). Reminds me of Mart Gelder who was a keen participant at 1000 Bikes and Wielder of the Snips as IKBA moderator and prior to that the RC forum.
