Have you ever noticed that all those people keeping fit at the gym are already fit.

Even if they do, as I saw Billy Connolly point out recently, the "longer" bit isn't the fun bit chasing women, riding motorcycles, etc.; the "longer" bit is the dribbling, pissing yourself and someone wiping your arse bit ...

The car park for my local gym is always packed with cars and I can assure you that only a couple are for people going to Halfords.

All the mighty in-shape joggers in my family in my generation are either limping around on destroyed knees and hips, or have had operations to replace them, while I'm still cruising on the stock items...

Spot on Lannis, I also have older friends that are struggling due to trying to keep over fit in their youth.
