Be ware licence renewal

Just renewed my licence (over 70s) and a firm has taken a £89 and £10 payments that as far as i know was not otherized . Payments stopped at my bank intime but be wary there is NO charge for this service at DVLA

I nearly got caught with that one Moe. You have to make sure you use the genuine Gov one. It's not a scam just some other doing it for you and then charging.

However you look at it, it's a scam. Same as EHIC sites for the unwary.

These "legitimate" sites have been around for years. What worries me Moe is that you say you did not know the amounts had been authorised, I'm assuming you entered your card details for them to take the money. If not I would have another word with the bank about issuing new cards.
