Do any of you lovely people happen to have a knackered old R60/80/100 tubular type (so pre-82ish) pannier rack.

These have 15mm diameter tube and I'm desperate for a 7" section of such tube.

So to get this clear, is that 15mm bore or 15mm outer diameter? As this is a "foreign" motorcycle it would be useful to have both diameters.

Other opinions may be available but this one is always correct.

Oh, ah... an ignoramus speaks without clarity! 15mm o/d. I think they are 2mm wall thickness so 11mm bore
