The year is moving on....

Nights are starting to draw in now, and getting light later in the morning.

Made the most of the evening by going out for a ride on the Spudmasher, dropped in on a Bike Night in my Cousins pub, not many around.

Had the usual yap about bikes, took the long route home due to a local road closure.

By the time I arrived home the air was starting to get very cool.

Make the most of it.......

Not so good riding late Evenings as the Deer begin to roam. Rider killed near Woodbury a few year back as a Deer jumped through the hedge

I avoid areas around here that are known for Deer, or if I am riding jn any of those areas I keep speed down and on the alert.

Having said that Deer sometimes pop up in odd places, came accross one one morning that had been hit by a car and it was in an area you would not expect.

Just another hazard to be aware of.

Its a bit reckless allowing those Skippys to drive Utes. They keep stamping on the pedals.

We were driving up in Queensland on a wide road no traffic then what appeared to be a crock crossing the the road ahead at the same moment a bloody great road train was comming the other way so couldn't swerve ..on hell of a bang stopped the car couldn't see any damage the road train had gone searched under the car no damage or signs of anything the hired car seemed OK all very strange Maz reckoned it was a very large lizard .. nothing found on or at the sides of the road..

If it was as large as a croc then it was probably caught up under the Lorry.

Other opinions may be available but this one is always correct.

It was either hit it or the truck ..but your right that's the only explanation though was a hell of a bang and the car felt like it had hit something.

That autumn is approaching has not gone unnoticed at Casa Nostra with the lengthening shadows slowly changing direction, light later in the morning & darkness earlier in the evning.
