Making the most of the weather

Since it is so nice I decided to take a day off.

Took the Him the long way round for an MOT this morning, which it passed!

Back home for lunch now, this afternoon I will be out on the Speedmaster.

Just too nice not to be riding.

Who needs a signature anyway......

I had the tank off the Triumph to recheck the tappets. Also took the carbs apart to check needles and various holes for dirt. Not ridden it but maybe Friday

I had some decorating to do today (tho' I did manage a couple of wee runs to screwfix), but I did get a run out yesterday. Fine weather up here the last few days. Yesterdays run was a loop, home - Aberfoyle (taking in 'the Dukes Pass*') Crainlarich - Inverarary - Dunoon and home via the ferry. About 160 miles. The bike ran well'
*1st time over this pass. Too many switchbacks with plenty of road dressing marbles, so not fun...for me anyway

Spent the good weather since yesterday stripping the fairing off the Ninja 9. This was to replace a bodged indicator repair by a PO. Before putting it all back together, checked the lights, indys, idiot lights were all OK. Hurrah, all fine.
Just went to park it up, after dark. Swop it with with the Innova onto the front path to fit a new exhaust to, & 'Winterise' the latter.

FFS, tacho light isn't working. Didn't notice in daylight. No big deal, doubt I'll ever want to check revs going into work at night, but irritating.

Chemtrails can be neutralized by a properly made tinfoil hat ....

I don't take health advice from people who think the world is overpopulated.
