He / she should be held accountable for the extra damage they caused.

Clearly does not give a sh*t about anyone else.

Saw it on the lunchtime news, there was a shot from a door facing the flood water, it looked like the force of the water from tractor man broke through the glass of the door.

Think the door owner commented that the tractor only made things worse.

All that struck me was what an inconsiderate arse the tractor driver was.

Who needs a signature anyway......

It was even on the news in Australia. There must be a shortage of news. It pushed Ukraine and China off the front page.

The driver has now been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage & dangerous driving.
