Ah, so thats where it went. Tell Graham it was supposed to be sent to my house and i apologise for the postal error .it will have no value to him so i will make use of it

That does look very nice. Would love to see a shot from the silencer side.
Like the stoneguard on the headlight - there was a craze for having them, even on road bikes, when I started riding ('70's). Another one was hi viz orange headlight covers in daylight hours -recall seeing a lot of those about.

Remember fitting one of those headlamp covers on my Dunstall Norton 650ss back in the 60's. The days before we rode with light always on.

I remember having a Fluorescent head lamp cover. No such thing as Hi-Viz back in the 60's....

Other opinions may be available but this one is always correct.

I had one of those "chip baskets" on a couple of bikes in the past.

Never had one of the bright orange ones mentioned in this thread, but well remember seeing them.

Who needs a signature anyway......

Year or 2 ago at a jumble I saw people outbidding each other for one of those fluorescent orange BSA shower caps. Strange thing was they were both bald.

I had an old orange Triumph headlight cover about 20 years ago and it fetched a good price on ebay back then. A real original one

You did indeed, Den. Much appreciated too and admired by others at rallies. It's on the Matchless in the shed but it's too damned cold and dark to go down there to take a pic right now.

It's a 500 or 350 with a badly hacked-about rear end; seat and oil tank are off something else, rear shocks are too short.
