BSA out and on the roller and it starts every time ! Been trying the heel and toe shift but the rear lever is not long enough so my foot does not fit on the footrest well. Next job is to make it 3 inches longer so a bit more metal and welding

It reminded me of the time I was riding along with the rear brake on until it was smoking; my new boots were resting on the brake lever.

Reminds me of the day on my sprung hub Triumph when I stamped hard on the back brake with the wrong foot.
