Under the new rules, he can't be allocated court time, without first showing willingness to submit to mediation.
Should not even get that far.
As a convicted criminal, why is he still in this country?

Because Bill we seem to to have given in to all the human rights lawyers so all the scum can stay here and get there nice free housing etc. Don't get me started I need to try and switch off and enjoy Christmas while we are still allowed.
