Now ready and correct

When I bought my classic Honda CB350K4 a few weeks back I checked a a few things out and found that the headlight and rear number plate bracket should be black and not the same colour as the rest of the bike. Well I have just got the parts back from the painters and it's now correct and ready to ride and show next year.

It does look very good Jerry. Try it out at 80 mph, mine managed that speed easily. What i did find is it would out accelerate a Harley but not after about 60 mph

80 no problem Geoff. Gave it a good test just after buying it. Bit of vibration but I'm used to four cylinder bikes these days not twins apart from my SV1000.

My CL 360 felt incredibly light but i did have a cb750 custom at that time weighing over 500 lbs

I still ride my Goldie, but it's definitely not getting any lighter as the years pass, I find the little 200 SS Ducati becoming the machine of choice.
I am in the process of rebuilding my new acquisition, a 1957 175 FB Mondial TV, another lightweight machine.

Thanks Brian must admit so nice to move it around easy and get it on the stand etc. Rides nice but I'm still a big bike rider.

Yes Jerry agreed, a big bike is a much better ride when you are on the move, it's moving them around, especial if you happen to be on grass, or in a confined situation. I have a side stand on the Goldie, but lifting it onto the centre stand is another matter, but I can still start it off the stand.
You are indeed very fortunate still being only eighteen.
