the wind is picking up 50mph so far, humidity 78%
tept 30c ,I spent 3 HRS.waitng to get 20 sandbags
placed them around the ground floor doors, I came out this morning and some towrag nicked half of them
during the night. Bloody convicts.or towlheads

We are lucky(so far). We are on the side of a slight hill, and water just runs away into the parklands at the bottom.
Royal Enfield riders know to stay away.

Even better news, you no longer have to go to the beach, the beach is coming to you now.
The seas are beginning to rise up as we see in Exmouth where quite a few breaches of the sea walls are going on now. One area had about 1000 metres built as the sea was just rising above the local land and the main Estuary wall and some buildings were washed away last year. Houses near the area are no longer mortgageable and that will affect about 1000 houses.
