Day off

Having a day off today, took the Speedmaster out for a run, started at about 10:30 and it was pleasantly warm, got back just before mid day by which time it was starting to get really hot.

Anyway a decent ride was had, mostly A and B roads, probbably take the KH out in the evening once things start cooling down.

Who needs a signature anyway......

Just got back from a run on the ZX-9R, would have been a bit more pleasant if I'd remembered to take the jacket liner out....Had a nice chat to an old boy by Upton riverside, his dad used to work at Velocette back in the day.
Ninja feels like a moped (weight-wise) after the 'Bird, & it steers much better - but the PO fitted an Ohlins shock & RaceTech forks.

Good to hear you got out and about - that has reminded me I must take the liner out of my jacket as well.

Nice to have a choice of the Bird and Ninja - no doubt that as you ride them over the coming months it will help you to make up your mind about which one to keep.......both perhaps

I carried on spraying my petrol tank and now its black and hardening ready to take the white coat of the scallops.
I must also take my jacket liners out this week.
