Yesterday in the IOM Dean Harrison put in a 133 mph lap during practice the fastest lap ever
The weather was fine after a week of bad weather no practices

Thats a good speed Dave. Are there any signs of seeing the TT on TV ? I usually watch it if its on.
I wonder how Dunlop will do this time as he is getting on a bit now

Dulops lap was 127mph and sidecars 118.7mph
If the weather is good on race days it's going to be rather fast and scary. Info from IOM TT Facebook site regular updates the weather has been so bad the organisers were going to limit the races to two laps only but the weather has turned out better at the moment

Do I remember that years ago Dunlop averaged 120mph on an FZR Exup on road tyres?

those of a certain age might remember endless articles in the comics as to why a 100mph lap of the TT course would never happen.

Yes Dave, and that was with 500 cc and only 60 plus BHP, also the roads nothing like today.
