1.99.9 a litre in Exeter for diesel. Lucky me has 60 mpg petrol car at the moment so i might not buy the new Volvo at 36 mpg now.
Maybe it will go down now that the ships can get through without being blown up

Sounds even more expensive when you say it in old money £10 a gallon. Filling my van up these days I have to go for a lay down after.

£3.25 an Imp. gallon here.

You guys really need to start drilling for your own oil again. It helps not to be dependent on Russians and Arabs for your lifestyle ....

umm , YOU , your country only produce 58% of your needs , you actually import over 40% of of your fuels to feed YOUR lifestyles

how about a new ruling , if you dont live in a country , DONT tell the locals what they can do

IE: stop commenting on things that have nothing to do with you

I won't argue with the numbers ...

... but how come I'm only paying 1/3 as much for gas as you do?

The folk we buy it from know that we don't HAVE to buy it from them is part of the reason.

And I'm just giving a bit of advice. Lord knows I wouldn't "tell you what to do"! What good would that do?

I don't agree with alot of which Lannis says. It is an opinion. Just maybe some of it hits a raw nerve.

Lannis, our fuel price mostly consists of taxes.
Since this last lot of price increases the Exchequer has been raking in an extra 2 billion a day in VAT which we need to provide a welcome for the wet feet mob.

Its a good place to eat as they sell a lot of spirits at garages. Interesting the description of petroleum spirit is never used in the modern age
