Fingers crossed for good weather

This weekend I'm at Lydden Hill circuit in Kent for my second race meeting of 2026. Just hope the weather is better than my last time out at Cadwell. Haven't ridden here for many years and missed the chance last year through injury. Lyyden is my second nearest circuit from South London so should be a easy journey. It's also the shortest track we race on only being 1.2 miles so the laps go by very quick. It's one of the best circuits for spectators as it's possible to stand where you can see all the action from most viewing areas. Now time to start loading up and ticking of my check list that I need as do have a habit of forgetting things, even the bike.....don't ask!!

I actually attended a race at Lydden Hill back in 2008; you're right, it's a good track for spectators.

We have some very nice road-race tracks here on the East Coast - Summit Point, Virginia International Raceway, and Barber. Lots of opportunities to watch racing at all levels.
