Maz and I never caught Covid our kids did several times we obeyed the rules and still have the jabs when offered ...

Had one yesterday. People should remember that nothing like that had hit us before. Boris and his support team could only act on what they thought might happen. Whether they got it right or wrong, I don’t know. Easy to judge with hindsight but could he afford to await further info? All I know is I wouldn’t have wanted to be in his position.

I tend to agree, did they really know what was going to happen, hindisght is a wonderful thing.

Wonder if Starmer is thinking that about his latest lie Re Mandelson - I really dont buy that he "did not know".

Security should be a fundamental consideration in his position.

I am glad i kept safe during that time but must have been difficult for people trying to work and earn a living. Covid missed me and had jabs every year since.
One near neighbour did catch it and spent a few weeks in hospital.

Covid and flu jabs. Maybe they help or maybe not but not had flu since starting the annual flu jab. I did get Pneumonia in January though

The flu is a common cause of pneumonia, especially among individuals at increased risk including:

sounds to me like the flu injection you were given failed and it was probably the flu virus that brought on the Pneumonia ,

I don’t know who knew what. All I do know is if that shower in the House spent half the time that they spend knocking lumps out of each other and holding inquests carrying out the business they were elected for then maybe they could put the Great into Great Britain again and stop us being the dumping ground for all the dross that other Countries wouldn’t touch.

Accept what you say Andy, but how do you do it in practice. A very good friend of my son recent sold him a car. Pointed out a couple of minor faults which didn’t bother my son. When driving it he heard a noise that puzzled him. He posted a video of the car running and asked for comment. Turns out his “friend” had been running the car with very little oil in it and the big end bearings were shot. Point to this is if someone doesn’t tell you what they know how are you going to know until something goes terribly wrong?

I think if you were ultimately responsible for appointing someone a job with access to sensitive and or secret information then you would want to be sure that he had been granted the necessary security clearance.

Guess we will never know the truth.

Sorry to hear about your sons "friend" guess what you are saying is that this "friend" knowingly sold your son a duff motor.

I always find that honesty is the best policy when selling a vehicle.

Any that I have sold over the years I point all the known faults so the buyer can make their decision.

the mandelson thing might be low on his list at moment

3 little bonny ukranian "rent boys" are due to give evidence , and will by cross examined as they plead not guilty on 27th april.

I am actually suprised that all 3 have not accidentally fallen down stairs and died at HMP Belmarch

NO , 3 ukranians have been charged with setting fire to properties/cars that WERE owned by stammer, in may 2025
the profiles of the 3 indicate that they are all male models , and many are refering to them as "rent boys" (alledgidly)

they have been to court twice , pleaded not guilty and held on remand in belmarsh for almost 12 mths ,the reason they caused the incidents , are being cited as retaliation for non payments (aledgidly)
the truth may come out on the 27th april in open court
which may cause some embarrassment to Mr Stammer

There have been many rumours about Starmer and young boys. It will all come out one day.
Modern politicians seem to have a lot of skeletons in the secret houses they keep at our expense

Bliar was done for indecency in toilets but gave his name as Tony Lynton at Bow street.

Funnily enough but no surprise, all records relating to that have been lost, soon as he was elected.
