Sewage problems

Hopefully it will be finnished today Four days of work .there was a break under the conservatory apparently it had been like this for years
When the conservatory was built many years ago before we bought the place not constructed properly so flooring had to come up and pipe repaired whith a liner and a new drain inlet a lot of hours work just waiting for final work
Covered by our insurance quite happily a surveyor will come and check on the property as its going to be sold off if I'm still here been taken out of my hands by the family ...
They want us near to them.trouble is I will be further from Hospital.. but nearest to whare my ashes will be scattered..

I expect that cost the insure a few quid then Dave. Next will be new floor covering for the conservatory.
It was common for these conservatory companies to bodge the floors and footings back in the 1980s and 90s. Most did not even put the 6 inchs of polystyrene in below the concrete for insulation.

One of my boys built a new conservatory base and then fitted the conservatory with no insulated floor. Building inspector made him start again. Ouch !

A lot of hard work and very costly I should imagine. When I made my comment for some reason I’d read yours as polythene! Doh.

Conservatory built on brick towers then cross members whith cement flooring the tiles on top the area underneath just soil poured in and leveled off Pic of the sewer pipe ..
