Bike night at Paignton

Took the T120r down and very popular tonight with over 1000 bikes including a V8 Boss Hoss imported from the USA. On the way home on a 70 stretch of dual carriageway, i noticed an object on the centre line of the carriageway. A great big grey cushion from a suite of furniture. I wonder if anyone hit that a bit later on.
Got back into the Exmouth town and a woman was doing a 3 point turn on the busy Town road stopping all traffic as the road is not very wide and she had no idea how to maneuver the large car. She could have just driven into a side road and turned it.

I went to a bike night myself, literally a few miles down the road.

Probably a 100 bikes or so plus a band / barbecue.

Cant remember how long it has been since I enjoyed 2 pints of orange juice and lemonade with ice.

First one hardly touched the sides.

It was so hot today.

Who needs a signature anyway......

I have been on a cold milk and ice lolly binge most of the day. Found some premium brand cherry lollies at 4.50 for 3 and ate all 3 already.
Tomorrow is shopping day down Newton Abbot way but i do need a long carpet strip and some black boiler silicone for some jobs.
Funeral Friday then another next Wednesday and finish the week with another on Friday. One is local but 2 i have to travel with 1 of them in Bodmin. That one is my last Auntie who made it to 85 but had Alzheimer's for a few years. She was one of my Mums sisters with a 22 year age gap .

I also enjoy cold milk in this weather.

Hope the funerals all go OK.

Hopefully it will be a bit cooler next week.

I wonder why so many bikes pass through Woodbury Dave. Maybe they are using the short cut route towards Sidmouth. When going over the common, my route usually goes up towards the Castle as i like the bends up there.

I think it just because its fairly straight the ruddy pop bang cars as well ..you can tell when a brit bike goes by relatively quiet..and riddin properly.
