The reason I didn't ride today.

52 years ago I took the plunge and married a mod and for once I remembered our anniversary so bike stayed in the garage and I took the old mod out for lunch. At least it was in a pub so nice beer for me and brownie points for the rest of the year.....I hope.
Believe it or not I had my hair cut for the wedding which was at East Sheen registry office on a Friday as I was racing at Brands on the Saturday

The oldest rocker in town!

Out for a meal, they really appreciate a Mc Donalds and coke Jerry. You can get a child meal and maybe a small plastic toy. She will never forget you for the thought.

Fifty years ago next month for Fay and I.

I picked her up on our first date in 1972 on a Yamaha 200, so motorcycles have always been part of the deal!

Come September, it'll be 65 years, first date was in 1957, out on my 125 D1 Bantam to Forest Gate Roller Skating rink.
