A little ride...

Collected this this morning. A lovely ride back through Wiltshire before the temperature went too crazy. Possibly a slight whine from the gearbox/drive under load but otherwise this is the smoothest Boxer I've owned (of, ahem, about 15!) with some really tasty upgrades too.

So, until next weekend then?

Phwoarh! I can't remember just how large the fuel tanks are on airheads. It's certainly greater than 20L. I remember putting 20L into the one I owned and it came to £20. I was outraged. What is the capacity - is it 25L? Proper job.

22ltrs Chazzy, remember the Mono has the electrics under the tank not stuffed into the headlamp and that reduces the capacity slightly.

I managed 135 miles today in 3 stages, the longest ride for a few years. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I did about 30 miles out in the Countryside. Nice and quiet when all the nutters are at work and not using my roads
