It was brought to our attention today that he was short the necessary number of games played and after a re-check of the lineup submissions and a comment from his own team confirming he didn't pay the number of games credited, it was determined that he was ineligible.
Technically, that should result in a forfeit, but in this case, Heavy Hitters said the player didn't make enough of a difference to swing the outcome and that they deserved to lose to Cicconi today.
So, Cicconi is still moving on to the semifinals, but Omar Ongay is no longer eligible to play in the postseason.
