One day Coed Wood Bat (Composites for the Ladies) Softball Tournament to benefit Chrissy Karabin, my cousin, who has been fighting a glioblastoma brain tumor http://www.webmd.com/cancer/brain-cancer/what-is-glioblastoma for over a year. She was diagnosed just after giving birth to her third child and her young family could use support. She has undergone surgery, Chemo and radiation. She has also attended a holistic retreat and a trial treatment in Germany. Since there is currently no cure this monster these treatments must continue and they are costly.

Coed Wood Bat Tournament
-$200.00 per team
-12 players in lineup
-Field no more than 7 male players
-Female players can be picked up by any team all day
-Men can use wood bats only (we will supply bats if you don't have any)
-Women can use any ASA bat
***Umpires will be volunteers

Mens and women's home run derby
-Men will use either single wall or wooden bats
-Women can use any bat
-$10.00 per round, hit as many rounds as you want
-10 swings per round, use your own pitcher
-Winner of each will receive 50% of the money collected from each division

Raffle
-We will have various items up for raffle
-$5.00 will buy an arms length of raffle tickets (bring someone with long arms)

50/50
Throughout the day we will be collecting money for a 50/50

*** Please no alcohol. Although this will be memorial day weekend there will be children and families and the park does not allow it***
