This is a friendly reminder to teams in the A/B/C Divisions that Insurance Waiver Forms are also due May 4. This weekends games are the last chance for teams to get their players to sign them prior to the deadline, as we do not play Mother's Day Weekend.

Below are all the teams in the three divisions that I have not received them from. Please get it to me as soon as possible. You can email them to me at andrewruhf@yahoo.com

If you are unable to email them to me please reach out to me so we can set-up a meeting time. Please note my daughter has a softball game Monday night against Prospect Park at Blackrock Park in Swarthmore from 6-8pm. You can bring them there either before or right after the game. You can also drop them off at my house in Ridley Park (place in mailbox by front door). For my address just send me an email.
