Steve,
Thanks for writing the informative post on the inner-workings of how the league determines it's placement of teams in each division.
It is a very time-consuming undertaking that not only includes myself and the board of captains, but also the coaches and players who all strive in helping to have the teams placed in the right division.
This has not changed much since 1998 when the league first started.
What makes this year different is that I finally got my wish for a slightly smaller league, which many of you know I having been saying for years - although, as in the past, I will never turn a team away who wants to play in one of the most organized and fun leagues in the state of Pennsylvania.
What make this year different is that the majority of teams who have disbanded have come from the upper divisions, making it much more of a daunting task to realign those divisions and in this case with lower division teams.
The league board of captains are a talented and dedicated group that puts the league first before anything else (including their own teams) and I have been extremely fortunate to have them to work with.
Sometime tomorrow a post on the message board with the backing of the board of captains will be made with a new realignment of the Millennium Sunday "A" Division.
