Briarcliffe Bar & Grille scored two touchdowns, sorry wrong sport, but a gridiron-type score did break out in the nightcap as BB&G dumped Casey's Ridley Park I twice, 18-8 and 41-31. Yes, you read that correctly.
Sean Dougherty was 6-for-7 with three runs scored in Game 2 for Briarcliffe. Eddie Christie was 6-for-6 with a double and four runs scored. Bob Rein was a single shy of the cycle in the opener.

Barnaby's of Aston 9-12, Diablos Smokehouse 5-7 >> Pitcher Jeff Warren fanned four in the opener and slugged two dingers in the nightcap.
Donald Powell (two hits, two RBIs) also went deep in the opener. Mike Marotta was 3-for-3 with four runs scored and three RBIs in the afterpiece.

Bridgewater Inn 22-18, Ram's Head Tavern II 12-19 >> Nick Corliss slugged four homers and drove in six runs in four at-bats in the opener for Bridgewater. Winning pitcher Dennis Martinelli plated four and Charles Short went deep twice. Corliss followed that with a 4-for-4 effort in the second game that included three dingers.
In the nightcap, Kelly Gillis (4-for-4, HR, three RBIs) won it for Ram's Head with a walk-off single. Ryan Nernete (four RBIs) and Jame Dyner (three RBIs) also were 4-for-4.
Chris Stolle scored in the seventh inning of Game 2 to give the Rams the win. Ken Grady went 4-for-4 with six RBIs.
