Lob City/Agway (4-2) finished tied for 5th at the ASA of PA Class "D2" States this weekend in Drifton.
It was a very good tournament for the team from the Chester County Men's Slowpitch League in West Chester after the team was a mandatory move up this year to Class D2 after finishing 3rd at the ASA of PA Class "E" States last year.
Lob City/Agway then capped off the 2015 season by finishing in 7th place with a 6-2 record at the ASA Men's East Class "E" Slow-Pitch National Championship in Salem, VA.
The team is eligible to return to the ASA of PA Class "D2" States next year based on the fact that they did not finish in the top four of this years tournament and are not a mandatory move up by the state.
