As Deputy Commissioner of District 6 I want to thank everyone who took part in the recent District qualifiers at Pennock Park in Kennett Square. There were no reports of any issues, teams were respectful of the complex and seemed to enjoy the events, albeit a long day for the D's.
Thanks to Kevin Garris, Andrew Ruhl, and Mike Goudy and those members of family and friends who in anyway helped with bat testing, concession or other duties.
The umpires who worked did a excellent job of trying to keep things moving and we appreciate their help in making this a success.
We hope you enjoyed and appreciate the effort to make this complex a top notch site for softball and look forward to having you return in the future.
