Adds to eligible players for playoffs in A and B Divisions

Teams -

I made a couple of slight errors with two eligible players for Gramlick Construction and Applegate. Please note the following two players are eligible for this weekend playoff games and beyond should their teams win.

Gramlick Construction:

Adam Furtado did earn the required games forgot to count 2 games from a forfeit

Applegate:

Matt Dunn is medically eligible for the playoffs.
