Daily Times: Millennium Sunday Playoff Roundup - McGillicuddy's Ducks into another Millennium title
For the fourth time since 2012, J.D. McGillicuddy's Kirklyn Ducks are your Millennium Sunday League C Division champions.
The Ducks wouldn't quack … sorry, crack … in a three-game series, winning the finale against Haggerty's Cafe I , 17-5, behind a Pat Adair three-run homer and a dinger by Connor Quinn.
The Ducks had won the opener, 12-5, thanks to Joe Carlile bashing two home runs and driving in five. Haggerty's forced the rubber match with a 4-3 win in Game 2. Pat Lanni had six hits for McGillicuddy's.
