Daily Times: Millennium Sunday Playoff Roundup - Stanley Kup rallies for Millennium "E" Division crown

Stanley Kup Inn needed three games to defeat Barnaby's of Ridley/Moran Electric Sunday to capture the Millennium Sunday League E Division title.

After dropping the opener in a slugfest, 19-15, Stanley Kup dominated in Games 2 and 3, 14-1 and 16-5. Matt Moriarty pitched all three games and helped himself at the plate with two home runs and seven RBIs. Lou Tomasetti also had a huge day, going 9-for-10 with a dinger and seven ribbies.

In the Millennium Sunday League "Rec" Division championship:

Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep 7-5-12, Maggie's Irish Pub II 8-4-5 >> Videon wiped away a 1-0 series deficit to win the title.

In Game 2, Zach Williams led the charge with a homer and three RBIs. Steve Gifford went yard and Adam Deana finished 3-for-3.

Homers by Nick Vaccarelli and Darren Dambrosi carried Videon to victory in Game 3. Justin Bayes went 4-for-4 with three RBIs and Bobby Luccessi chipped in with four RBIs.
