Millennium A/B Division - Playoff Format
- Teams are seeded within the division.
- Each team will play every other team in their division and four crossover weeks vs. the other division based on seeding.
- Come playoffs, the two division winners and the next four best records, regardless of division, will advance to the A playoffs. The next six best records, regardless of division, will advance to the B playoffs.
-The top two seeds in each of the A playoffs and B playoffs will receive a first round bye.

Millennium C Division - Playoff Format
The first eight teams in the division advance to the playoffs with the teams seeded #1 thru #4 going to the "Gold Flight" playoffs and the teams seeded #5 thru #8 to the "Silver Flight" playoffs.
