It has come to my attention that a player under the age of eighteen participated in a Millennium Sunday Softball League game yesterday.

If someone under eighteen years of age wishes to play in the league they will first need to submit to the league a Parental Waiver, Release of Liability and Indemnification Roster that will be required to be notarized to be considered.

If it is discovered that a team has used a player under the age of eighteen in a game - it will be declared a forfeit for that team unless the above guidelines are met.
