1. Register your team online

*Must have all of the following to do the registration: Players full legal name as it appears on their driver's license, players birth date, players home address as it appears on their license or state ID
** Once the roster is submitted online you will receive an email from the state with your approved roster within 1-2 weeks. This email can not be opened on a cell phone and must be opened on a computer.
*** print out the roster emailed to you and get it signed by each player.
2. Fill out pick-up player forms if any

3. Bring Printed roster, pick-up player forms and check made out to the ASA of PA in the amount of $320 to Joe O. He will sign the roster where appropriate and collect that with your check. He will also sign your pick-up player forms and give them back to you for you to take with you to the state tournament.
All of this is due to Joe O by the following dates NO EXCEPTIONS
Class E: June 22
Class D2: July 6
Class D1: July 20
Class C: July 27
If anyone has any questions about anything in this post please reach out to me. Failure to have money turned in or paper rosters signed will result in your team not being able to participate in States.
Live draws for each level, except for C's, is done the Wednesday before the tournament.
Class E states in Drifton: June 29-July 1
Class D2 states in Drifton: July 13-15
Class D1 states in Drifton: July 27-29
Class C states in Drifton: August 3-5
Players must all have same uniform shirt. This includes pick-ups.
