Daily Times: Millennium Sunday Roundup - Johnny B's claims "B" Division crown

Bobby Callan and Matty Dunn had a near-perfect day at the plate as Johnny B's topped Hanrahan's Irish Pub to win the Millennium "B" championship Sunday.

The pair made just one out as Johnny B's took the opener in the best-of-3 series, 10-8, dropped Game 2 in nine innings, 16-15, and wrapped up the title with an 8-2 victory in the rubber match.

Callan (two doubles), Dunn (double, home run) and winning pitcher Steve Hancock all went 3-for-3 in the first game. Callan and Dunn added two more hits in Game 3, as did Cody Mathis and Mike Santella. Mike Moritz was the winning pitcher.
