Below are the classification guidelines for the 2019 Millennium Sunday Softball League.
No player classified as "C" in USA Softball of PA is allowed to play at any level of Millennium Sunday.
Note: Non-compliance of the league's classification policy by any team will result in forfeit.

"A" Division
- Teams in this division can be made up of players classified as Class E, and D2.
- Teams in the division can have a maximum of 3 Class D1 players
"B" Division
- Teams in this division can be made up of players classified as Class E and D2.
- Teams in this division can have a maximum of 3 Class D1 players
"C" Division
- Teams in this division can be made up of players classified as Class E.
- Teams in this division can have a maximum of 3 Class D2 players or a maximum of 1 Class D1 player and 2 Class D2 players
"D" Division
- Teams in this division can be made up of players classified as Class E.
- Teams in this division can have a maximum of 3 Class D2 players or a maximum of 1 Class D1 player and 2 Class D2 players
"E" Division
- Teams in this division can be made up of players classified as Class E.
- Teams in this division can have a maximum of 3 Class D2 players or a maximum of 1 Class D1 player and 2 Class D2 players
"Rec" Division
- Teams in this division can be made up of players classified as Class E ONLY.
