Daily Times: Millennium Sunday Roundup: Stephen's sweep clinches playoff spot
Stephen's on State needed a sweep of Hanrahan's Irish Pub to clinch a berth in the Millennium Sunday League playoffs.
Following a 9-5 victory in Game 1, J.J. Jordan crushed a game-winning, walk-off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning in Game 2 to give Stephen's a 10-9 victory.
Stephen's trailed 7-1 after three innings in Game 2. Jason Aikens homered and tripled, while Tim Coulter collected a double and two RBIs.
In the opener, Mark Nevins went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and Dave Pizzica drove in the go-ahead run with a two-out double in the top of the sixth.

Cuddy's recovered from a seven-run deficit in Game 2. In the bottom of the eighth, Jimmy Stilwell singled home Chris Hoffman with the winning run. Frankie Magee was the winning pitcher in both contests.
