This yrs 2019 cnc challenge will take place on aug 14th thru Aug 19th. This yrs cnc challenge will mark the 36th yr. We will kick the tournament off this yr on wed aug 14th with our coed bracket. Coed will require a minimum of 6 teams to take part in this yrs tournament with a max of 8. If we don't get 6 teams we will not have our coed division this yr. Games will start at 630 on wed and thurs with the championship game scheduled for sun night. The men's division will kick off Friday night aug 16th and end mon the 19th. Teams will be required to be in an actual league registered with USA softball. We will accept teams from any league. If you play in gap,ursl,phoenixville, Lawrence park,Kennet square,delcastle. I think you get the point. We have the right to contact league commissioner to verify as well. This tournament is and will always be a fundraiser 1st. Each team will receive 30 raffle tickets which include some great prizes. For example a weekend down Baltimore harbor, tickets to Philly sporting events, concert tickets etc.we keep the fee at $225 every yr in Hope's that teams turn in there raffle tickets. Raffle tickets are only $5 a piece. All the proceeds from our raffle tickets get donated to the American cancer society. This tournament is all inclusive. Fee covers everything. This yr we are expecting anywhere from 18-24 teams. This yr for the 1st time ever the winner will receive a cash prize for winning the whole thing of $400. If teams are interested they can text me at 484.751.7207. Please text only. When the tournament gets closer we will post the rules and regulations of the tournament for both coed and men's. We also look every yr to get local businesses to help take care of the cost. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor you can for only $100 and if you were a sponsor in previous years it will only cost you $75. Each sponsor will have its business banner hanging in the complex fro. Wed till the tournament is over on mon the 19th. There business name will be put on every shirt and raffle ticket as well. Our cut off date for sponsors is mon july 29th we need to get your art design to monroe printing so they can have them done in time for the tournament. Team cutoff date will be mon aug 5th. Our tournament meeting will be thurs aug at at Mickey Vernon park at 7:30. All teams must be present. If teams are not present we will need there fee by then for them to be put in the bracket draw.
