It has taken two weeks but everything is now in place for the Millennium Sunday Softball League to open its season on July 19th.

With a league the size of Millennium Sunday it takes more time to organize because of the number of field owners, teams and umpires.

Every field that Millennium Sunday has used in the past has been permitted to the league with the exception of two school district fields.

Teams are ready to go - divisions will be realigned this weekend and the schedule will be posted early next week.

The three umpire assigners who service the league have committed to supplying their umpires.
