Also listed in parentheses is which side of the field the home team has chosen for their playoff series.

Higher seeded team must be the home team in game 1 and game 3 (if necessary).

Millennium Sunday A, B & C Divisions - Playoff Format:

- Teams are seeded within the division.

- Each team will play every other team in their division and two crossover weeks vs. the other division based on seeding.

- Come playoffs, the two division winners and the next two best records, regardless of division, will advance to the A Division playoffs.

- The next six best records, regardless of division, will advance to the B Division playoffs.

- The next six best records, regardless of division, will advance to the C Division playoffs.

- The top two seeds in each of the B Division playoffs and C Division playoffs will receive a first round bye.

3. Division record
4. Run differential in games vs. each other
5. Coin Flip - this comes into play for seeding
