USA Softball of PA Class D2 State Championship

The Hitmen (Kennett Square) from District 6 finished in 4th place at the USA Softball of PA Class D2 States after a nice run through the Loser's Bracket before falling to Motorworld (Scranton) by the score of 19-18.

The two previous games in the bracket were just as exciting as The Hitmen defeated Horse Tavern (Quakertown) and Nonna Rosa (Norristown) respectively by the identical score of 16-15.

In all, the team played a very good tournament and represented District 6 well by going 4-2, with their two losses coming by just one run.
