Tank Lawson) ***Brad Stutts celebrated the Rumble win of "Handsome" Mitch Connor, introducing him and Donnie Dollars as the "new" Fatback Enterprises after Dollars re-entered the ring to aid his new partner. ***Xsiris was presented his new AWA World Light Heavyweight Champoinship title belt by Commissioner William L. Cross, despite the fact that some of the AWA's territories are still calling "Krazy K" Kirby Mack the World Light Heavyweight Champion. Commissioner Cross spilled the news that the AWA Convention will occur at Burlington NC's Carolina Sports Arena on December 2nd, with a big card of action featuring ALL of the AWA's World Titles on the line! Xsiris and Mack will meet to unify the title once again and the AWA World Tag Team Champions Steve Corino & Ricky Landell will put up their titles against the AWA Mid Atlantic Tag Team Champions Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride & Tank Lawson! Cross also added that the construction seen next to the Carolina Sports Arena will actually house the NEW, larger Carolina Sports Arena in the very near future! ***Damien Wayne stormed out into the face of AWA World Heavyweight Champion "the 1st" Ric Converse after his singles match win, demanding a title shot at a NWA Virginia sanctioned event! During the scuffle that followed, Commissioner Cross stated that he would sign the contract to allow the bout to take place as he had the ringside area cleared. ***Sheik Lumpkin offered a check for $5,000 to anyone that would come into the ring and kiss the flag of the United Arab Emirates. A US flag-bearing fan jumped into the ring and eventually got onto his hands and knees and kissed the flag, not once, but twice. Lumpkin offered the large individual a position as a bodyguard to replace the recently-deported Asaad Khalif following the discovery of a forged passport. The fan accepted the position after promises of even more money by Lumpkin. ***Steel chairs, tables and a ladder were all introduced to the ring by Kamakazi Kid during his wild bout with veteran Gemini Kid for possession of the Weaver Cup trophy. A bag of thumbtacks was also poured into the ring and were the source of a great deal of pain for Kamakazi, who got slammed into the sharp steel on several occassions. Gemini Kid attacked Kazi following the final bell, totally blowing his top. ***"Simply" Steve Greene rushed the ring area with a heavy-chemical smelling white rag, which he placed over the mouth and nose of Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride in the final moments of the AWA Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Title bout after a steel chain didn't get the job done. McBride wasn't revived for almost 10 minutes after being rendered unconscious by the chloroform-smelling rag, losing his title along the way to Joey Silvia, who has been virtually title-free for his entire wrestling career. CWF Mid Atlantic returns to action on Saturday October 28th for CWF's MASKacre! at Burlington NC's Carolina Sports Arena.
