++Newcomer EL Desperado hit the ring with amazing apathy, only to be dismantled quickly by big Ray Kandrack in singles rules action. Kandrack bellowed at the referee and the fans that he wanted competition and expected it in CWF Mid Atlantic as he kicked away at the defenseless masked newcomer. The masked man didn't come totally unprepared, but was playing "possum", rolled up his much larger opponent in a schoolboy for a three-count and the win. Manager Brad Stutts ran to the ring to celebrate with El Desperado, who unmasked himself on the entrance ramp revealing "Jersey" Nick Richards as the man who pinned the irate Kandrack.

++Coach Gemini entered the ring for the first installment of the Coach's Corner, interviewing his friend "Messiah" Ty Dillinger. Dillinger took the mic and explained the absence of Paul London from the weekend's scheduled events, adding that both London and Brian Kendrick were scheduled to return in June for CWF Absolute Justice 4. Dillinger also stated that Kendrick had already expressed an interest to team with London to face Lee Valiant and a partner of his choice, which Dillinger seemed certain would remain vacant until Absolute Justice 4.
++With the fans chanting "five more minutes!", CWF Mid Atlantic Television Champion Roy Wilkins and Coach Gemini exited the arena with the TV title strap firmly in hand. After the ten-minute television time limit expired, the official consulted with the official timekeeper before declaring the bout "no contest" and awarding the champion his title. Coach Gemini took the house mic and shouted down the fans, telling them there would be "no more minutes" and informing Arik Royal that he'd just used up the title shot he'd won at the CWF Rumble.
++Without any corner people for distraction, the CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Team Champs Aftermath's Jaxon Dane & Marcellus "Mid Atlantic" King went to work on dismantling the evening's challengers, Chase Dakota & Matt Smith. In a fashion resembling to old Minnesota Wrecking Crew, Aftermath withstood the high-flying offensive bursts and flashes of brilliance of Smith & Dakota before locking down the title straps as a constant in their ring wear until the next challenger is chosen.
++CWF Heavyweight Champion Kamakazi Kid, Brass Munkey & TCW Heavyweight Champion Lee Valiant went to war against Team Destiny, which eventually included their entire entourage, PWS Heavyweight Champion "Infamous Icon" Joey Silvia, RCW Heavyweight Champion "High Definition" Steve Greene, "Messiah" Ty Dillinger, RGL Champion "Icon In Training" Trevor Lee & Coach Gemini. Thirty minutes of war ensued, with each team having members penalized and locked inside of the penalty box at various times for being caught breaking the rules. The penalty box turned out to be too large when Kazi and Trevor Lee found themselves inside together and too small when Silvia, Greene, Dillinger & Lee were all sent off for two minutes each. Fans took advantage of their favorites or least favorites locked in the penalty cage, giving them a hard time during their confinement.
++The most shocking event of the evening occurred AFTER Valiant, Kazi & Munkey won the Penalty Box match by pinfall. It occurred when Valiant took the house mic and asked his hated rival Joey Silvia to be his partner in June against Paul London & The Brian Kendrick at CWF Absolute Justice 4. Silvia never responded, but Dillinger & Coach Gemini loudly expressed that Silvia has no interest in teaming with Valiant for any reason. Perhaps the intrigue will get to Silvia, or perhaps the payday that comes with such a major main event bout, but at least from my viewpoint in the arena, Silvia himself never said "no" to Valiant's offer.
