Everything in CWF Mid-Atlantic is at a fever pitch as we are on the home stretch for 2011. There is nothing like the fall at CWF Mid-Atlantic and this Saturday night is full of grudge matches, title bouts and red-hot vendettas that must be settled! Join us live this Saturday night at the Mid-Atlantic Sportatorium, just off Anthony Rd behind Burlington Regional Airport and you WILL remember the 5th of November!
Rematch for the Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Championship
ROY WILKINS & WALTER EATON w/ Coach Gemini
VS. BOBBY WOHLFERT & DEVIN DALTON (C)
The United States Marines of Semper Ferocious shocked many with a huge win at the 11th Annual CWF Rumble, capturing the Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Championship from the All-Star team of Roy Wilkins & Walter Eaton. Now they defend in a huge return match against the team many feel are the best tag-team in the Mid-Atlantic. But can you really lay that claim on Eaton & Wilkins if they aren't the champions anymore?! Semper Ferocious can erase all doubt over who the best tag-team in the Mid-Atlantic is this Saturday night if they can put down the All-Stars once again and retain their championship!
For the Mid-Atlantic Television Championship
"The Assassin" RAY KANDRACK (C) w/ Coach Gemini
VS. DONNIE DOLLARS w/ Brad Stutts
Donnie is on perhaps the biggest roll of his career to date, after single-handedly eliminating the dominating Mecha Mercenary from the 11th Annual CWF Rumble and defeating the All-Stars' Ty Dillinger and Court Montgomery by himself at the CWF Halloween event. But it's a whole different ball game against the intense, seemingly unstoppable MVP of the All-Stars, Ray Kandrack. "The Assassin" has controlled the Mid-Atlantic Television Title for nearly a full year now and recently retired Mitch Connor from the sport. As Gorilla Monsoon might say it's a true meeting of an irresistible force versus an immovable object. Something's got to give!
Rematch the Fans Demanded!
RIC CONVERSE w/ William Cross VS. NICK RICHARDS w/ Brad Stutts
Last month the youngest member of the Fatback franchise came within an eye lash of upsetting the six-time Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Ric Converse. Richards came so close in fact that the fans in the Sportatorium came out of their seats and chanted for a return match. The match has been signed but one has to wonder if Richards will be anywhere near 100% after he took the challenge of the grueling Kazi's Rules Match last Saturday night. You've got to think after such a brutal match just days ago Richards is a bigger long shot than ever but sometimes long shots pay off big. It could be a crowning moment for the young lion!
TREVOR LEE VS. MIKAEL YAMAHA
The Aftermath has set out to make sure that Yamaha does not make it to Battlecade 12 where he says he will challenge the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion, Xsiris. Trevor Lee, in an effort to impress the Aftermath's higher ups and hopefully gain acceptance into the Aftermath Apprentice program has volunteered to face the 2011 Rumble Winner Yamaha on November 5th! If Trevor can stop the "Box Office Draw" from cashing in on Xsiris at Battlecade, you've got to think that he'll be the front runner for newest member of the Aftermath.
Rising Generation League Tournament 1st Round Match
BEN TYLER VS. JOE BLACK
Trevor Lee's recent tag-team partner Ben Tyler is taking a different approach to try and impress the Aftermath, as he goes after the Rising Generation League Championship belt. The annual tournament for young wrestlers with 3 years or less of pro experience kicks off this Saturday November 5th with two first round matches. Fun, athletic, Ben Tyler squares off against the determined and intense Joe Black. The loser is out and the winner moves on in this single elimination tournament!
Rising Generation League Tournament 1st Round Match
"Arrogant" ARIC ANDREWS VS. JASON MILLER
These two have faced off before and Andrews has failed to wrestle the title away from the current champion Miller. However if "Arrogant" Aric can knock off Miller in the first round, it will vacate the championship and the belt will go to winner of the tournament finals at Battlecade 12. And you've got to think IF Andrews can get past Miller he will be the favorite to win the whole thing. But no RGL Champion in recent memory has been as focused and shown as much natural poise as Miller, who was among the final 3 left in the recent 30-man CWF Rumble and even eliminated Ric Converse from the match! Expect these two future superstars to go to war!
Plus much more including the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion XSIRIS in non-title action, 2011 Weaver Cup Tournament Champion ARIK ROYAL, PWI International Trios Champions CECIL SCOTT, MECHA MERCENARY and CHASE DAKOTA, high flying CHIVA KID, MARK JAMES and much more!
Plus all the teams and match-ups for ULTIMATE SURVIVOR 2011 on November 19th will be announced by CWF Commissioner COREY EDSEL who will be in attendance not only finalizing the full card for Ultimate Survivor but also presiding over all the matches this Saturday.
You can't miss a single CWF Mid-Atlantic event in the month of November as we are on the home stretch for 2011. 8 huge matches this Saturday night, the return of PROJEKT X on Friday night November 18th and ULTIMATE SURVIVOR 2011 on November 19th.
