::: RICHARDS & PAGE VS. TYLER & TREVOR in High Stakes Main Event!
::: EATON & WILKINS issue "Open Challenge" for Tag Team Titles!
::: Dream Partner Tag Match, KANDRACK VS. CHIVA plus more!
Our next big Mid-Atlantic Sportatorium event will be THIS SATURDAY NIGHT January 21st with a 7:30 PM bell time and after "New Year's Knockout" turned out to be one of the most chaotic nights in CWF Mid-Atlantic history, we can't even begin to imagine what might happen next. Make plans to be there for "Anything Can Happen" and see everything unfold along with the rest of us!
Already scheduled for this big night of action:
Main Event Tag-Team Showdown
TREVOR LEE and BEN TYLER VS.
Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion ADAM PAGE
and NICK RICHARDS w/ Brad Stutts
At New Year's Knockout when Page scored the biggest win of his life, the other three competitors in this match all faced stumbling blocks. In fact Trevor and Ben's stumbles have become so frequent that Ric Converse has informed them that their slip ups will no longer be tolerated and if they don't turn things around and start winning, they may lose their spots in the Aftermath apprentice program. Richards lost to a motivated Chase Dakota at New Year's Knockout and Page has his critics who think he lucked into the championship. A win for either team would go a long way to silence their critics and establish themselves as legitimately among the best in the Mid-Atlantic today. All four of these rising stars are extremely motivated and have something to prove. CWF Mid-Atlantic is proud to have the best young athletes in the Mid-Atlantic on our roster and we are absolutely thrilled to have four of them featured in the main event spotlight on January 21st.
Open Challenge for the Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Championship
ROY WILKINS & WALTER EATON (C) VS. ______________________
The always confident Coach Gemini has insisted that his Tag-Team Championship "Goon Squad" will defend their belts against ANY challengers on January 21st. Well... with a few exceptions. Check out this video message with Coach Gemini, Wilkins and Eaton explaining their "open" challenge as well as exactly who can and who CAN'T accept the championship match:
For the Mid-Atlantic Television Championship
CHASE DAKOTA VS. DONNIE DOLLARS (C)
Both of these men have seen surges in their careers recently with Dollars holding his first singles championship and Dakota having been named 2011's Most Improved Wrestler by IndyInsiders.com. The former RGL Champion gets his chance to add another title to his resume against Dollars but the focused foundation of Fatback does not have any intention on letting go of his first championship so Dakota will definitely have his work cut out for him.
Dream Partner Tag-Team Match
ARIC ANDREWS & EVAN BANKS w/ Bobby O'Neill
VS. JOE BLACK & ARIK ROYAL
Andrews and Black who have been at war since October's CWF Rumble when Andrews robbed Joe of the coveted # 30 spot and took his place in the rumble match. Joe responded by choking Andrews out in the finals of the 2011 Rising Generation League Tournament to capture the RGL Championship. In an attempt to settle the issue once and for all, CWF officials gave each man the opportunity to select their dream partner for a tag-team showdown. Our cameras caught up with both men as each revealed his choice for a dream partner. See the footage at this link:
"The Assassin" RAY KANDRACK VS. CHIVA KID
Kandrack has been in an angrier mood than usual since losing the Television Title at Battlecade 12 and has vowed to take it out on the entire CWF roster. Chiva may very well be CWF's most popular star but he gives away a lot of size and strength to the dominating Kandrack. In spite of his size Chiva has shown he can pull off upsets in the past but this would surely be the biggest upset of his career if he can put down the All Stars' MVP for a three count.
ALL CWF Mid-Atlantic events are family friendly and appropriate for children.
