++The thirteenth annual CWF BattleCade kicked off with six-man tag action pitting the Black Watch's Solomon Spades, Chase Dakota & Joe Black squaring off against the team of Matt Smith, Donnie Dollar$ & Matthew de Nero. A fast-paced rumble ensued with all six men showing off their favorite means of inflicting pain on their opponents including the appearance of the legendary Power Glove™. The Black Watch team stole yet another bout by using teamwork to confuse the official and win with a numbers game advantage. Matt Smith was seen leaving the arena in disgust.

++Grudge action hit the ring as All Star Michael "the Fury" McAllister was introduced followed by former teammate "Hard Times" Ty Dillinger, who came to CWF Mid Atlantic asking for a chance to redeem himself from CWF Last Date With Destiny. Dillinger went to work after surviving a couple of McAllister's patented low-angle clotheslines, finally turning the tide into his favor. McAllister didn't let that phase him whatsoever, as he simply retrieved a wooden club he'd brought to the ring area and clobbered Dillinger out of the sight of the ring official and rolled him up for a pin.
++Overdrive's Robyn Golphin & Terrell Givens were out next to face off against the Aftermath's Chet Sterling & Xsiris w/William L. Cross in tag team action. Xsiris, returning from a notable absence, hit the ring in stride with his vocal disgust for his opponents at full volume. After showing rookie partner Chet Sterling how the Aftermath rolled, Xsiris showed off his own abilities, helping finish off his lightning-fast opponents by pinfall.
++Falls Count Anywhere action hit the arena next as All Star Jesse "El Fuego" Ortega renewed hostilities with Jason Miller. The match only occurred inside of the squared circle for a few minutes at a time, at one point saw the two competitors exit the fire exit at the rear of the facility. Ortega dropped Miller into the center of the Mid Atlantic Wrestling logo on the lobby floor and armed himself with a steel chair as he snarled at the fans who'd followed the bout into the entranceway of the Mid Atlantic Sportatorium. Miller fought back against Ortega, blocking the chair and turning his anger back on the All Star, getting a pinfall win on the floor in the lobby.
++CWF Mid Atlantic Television Champion Trevor Lee was out next only to discover a change in his challenger as Commissioner Corey Edsel introduced Brad Attitude as the replacement for "Young Gun" Nick Richards, who was unable to appear. Attitude got serious at the opening bell, looking for a quick pinfall over the young champion, but was thwarted in his attempts to grab the TV Title belt in short order. Lee kept his composure and showed off his own abilities against veteran Attitude, who ended up bleeding from his throat area after a collision on the ringside floor. Lee took control of the bout, pinning Attitude to continue his first major title run.
++The Final of the 2012 CWF Rising Generation League Tournament pitted rookie Chris "Sho Smoove" Lea against reigning RGL Champion Aftermath's Ben Tyler w/Chet Sterling. Lea continues to display his progress, keeping the champion off balance and in reverse, but the champion would always get Sterling on the floor to create a diversion to turn the advantage of the bout. Adding insult to injury "the 1st" Ric Converse hit the ring and attacked Lea as the referee was trying to regain control of the bout. Tyler was then able to finish off his challenger via pinfall to become the first ever reigning champion to win the RGL Tournament.
++Marcellus "Mid Atlantic" King was introduced next, and all hell followed. The Aftermath's Ric Converse brutally attacked King in the ring, dragging him to the concrete floor before the referee could start the match. Referees and security personnel were summoned to the ring area to help King out of the arena as the fans loudly disapproved. King didn't let it end that way, he drug himself back to the ring with an injured leg, climbed through the ropes and went to battle against a former six-time Mid Atlantic Champion and former World Champion. Converse had his motor running backwards as the relentless King advanced on him for the majority of the bout, dishing out serious damage when he got his hands on him. TV Champ Trevor Lee & RGL Champ Ben Tyler hit the ring moments after the ring official was speared by King, attacking King along with Converse. King cleaned house despite an injured leg, send them all flying out of the ring before finishing off "Mr. BattleCade" by pinfall.
++Coach Gemini presented his All Star Goon Squad's Walter Eaton & Roy Wilkins to challenge the undefeated CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Champions Killbillies' "South Paw" Aric Andrews & "Honky Kong" Evan Banks w/"Barefoot" Bobby Joe Neil. With Banks arriving at ringside with his injured arm still in a sling, he became the focus of the Goon Squad's attacks until Andrews' face was introduced to the steel ringpost, causing one of the most horrendous pictures of pain I've seen in many years of covering pro wrestling. Andrews fought his way to the corner to tag in to help Banks, who was being brutalized by the sadistic Eaton & Wilkins team, but was unable to do much more than stand his ground despite a vicious gash on his forehead. The Killbillies will have to lick their wounds and get healthy to demand a title rematch after finally losing their first bout as a team at the year-end Anniversary event.
++Six man tag action was up next as "Surly" Cecil Scott led the team of Mecha Mercenary and Zane & Dave Dawson to the ring to take on Kamakazi Kid, Chiva Kid & PWI International Heavyweight Champion Shane "Hurricane" Helms. A fast-paced bout of multiple tags and high-flying action erupted all over the arena as the "superheroes" went to war with the "monsters". The tide of the battle tilted in both team's favor but the fan-favorite team of Kazi, Chiva & Helms took it up a notch for a pinfall win.
++CWF Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion All Star "Assassin" Ray Kandrack w/Coach Gemini was up for the main event, defending against 2012 Weaver Cup Champion Arik Royal. These two competitors have a long ugly history with each other and there was no love lost from bell to bell in the BattleCade XIII main event. With the fans firmly behind the challenger, Royal found yet another magic moment to remember in his career, resisting the attacks of the "Assassin" and doing as he's been telling everyone he was going to do since the Weaver Cup Finals, taking the title from around the waist of the champion. The ring filled with revelers as the celebration began for Royal's first Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Title reign.
