I realize that this is a 67 to 69 site, but I have a friend that needs help. He is going through a tuff divorce. He has a very nice 57 Chevy with the California front bumper that he has turned over to his son, and he has a 1956 Corvette that his ex wants sold for as much money that she can get. He thought he had it sold but she said no to signing the title. Now it is going up for auction. My question is what do you guys think it might be worth? The car has every option available that year except for one. It has the 3 speed in the floor instead of the power glide. I think I would rather have the 3 in the floor instead of the optional power glide. The car is white with red interior, power windows ,power convertible top which also has the removable hard top. It has the V 8 engine with 2 four barrel carbs. The car also has solid lifters . The paint is faded in some spots but there is no damage anywhere on the car . The red interior is in very good shape. My friend has owned this car since 1971. It is hard on him to have to sell it but he has no choice. If anyone is interested in this car I can post the auction info when it is available. Thanks for any help. John
