I would like to introduce everyone to the new owner of The National Impala Association, Don Keefe. Don has been doing the magazine layout since before I took over from Jody Anderson in 2012. Don is a dyed in the wool car guy, graphic artist and photographer. I know he is very excited about taking over the NIA.
As for me, I felt it was time for a change. I plan to ratchet up my photography business, do some travelling in my ’60 and spend time working on our 1898 home. I will continue to be active in the NIA with my local chapter and at the conventions. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as President, talking on the phone with members and meeting them at the conventions and at Carlisle, PA events. I will continue to work with Don and the 2017 Convention Committee and hope to see everyone in Spearfish this July.
I ask that everyone continue to support the Association and Don as you have done for me there 4 ½ years. I really appreciate all the support and the friendships I have had the privilege to know. I especially want to thank the Convention Committee for everything they have done for me and the Association. I can tell you the conventions could not have been done as well as they have been with out their efforts. Don can be reached at 585-489-9826.
Thank you,
Mike Berry
